We advise our customers to follow the information on the tracking website, which we always provide by email after we ship our parcel. This will enable you to track your parcel and stay updated on its progress until it reaches your doorstep.
Kindly note that our operations do not run on weekends and bank holidays. If you place an order after 10:00 AM on a Friday, your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day, which is Monday.

- We offer shipping with Evri, DPD, and FedEx.
WILL I BE CHARGED AT CUSTOMS?
- At the moment, we do not offer DDP (Deliver Duty Paid) for our shipments. However, we do offer DAP (Delivered at Place) where the customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes. This means that customers will need to pay customs fees themselves upon delivery.

While we do not offer free returns postage, we are pleased to cover the shipping costs of sending your new item(s) if you request an exchange. In order for us to process your return, please complete the return form that you received in your parcel. Be sure to clearly state your refund or exchange request. If you have lost your return form, no worries, you can download one here.
