RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

To initiate a return, please send your item(s) to the following address:

Please ensure your return includes the completed returns form from your parcel.

Returns must:

• Be sent within 14 working days

• Be unworn and unused

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in original condition

Please retain your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES

While we do not offer free return postage, we are pleased to cover the shipping cost for replacement exchange items.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once your return has been received, we aim to process it within 7 working days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS, SWIMWEAR OR UNDERWEAR?

Sale items may be returned provided they meet all return conditions.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear items cannot be returned unless faulty.
